When performing ISH, one of the critical steps is to prepare high quality tissue sections from paraffin-embedded tissue blocks. GenoStaff uses proprietary reagents and methods to perform ISH that have been proven to produce results with extraordinarily high sensitivity and high specificity.

For many years, difficulties arose in producing satisfactory results using ISH. Traditional methods(Fig.A) yielded very little RNA - and therefore produced results with low sensitivity - often from the result of paraffin-embedded tissue sections being not well prepared. GenoStaff has developed its own proprietary reagents and methods to produce results with high sensitivity and high specificity for those genes and proteins researchers wish to target. Compared to traditional methods, GenoStaff's methods(Fig.B) to prepare paraffin tissue sections have produced results with very high sensitivity of target genes.
